Hello friend

Hello friend. I am here. Where have I been for more than 2 months? I’ve been watching another series, called “Community” by Dan Harmon (co-creator of “Rick and Morty”). And the Game of Thrones ofc. They finally killed the Night King (sorry, if spoiler). Cool.

Besides

Before starting to watch those shows, I’ve been busy with my studies, doing assignments and taking exams. In a middle of those, I managed to get a non-paid internship in a small local company, which makes web and mobile apps. I’ve been working for free about three weeks, before I get a little experience. Then I passed all my exams. And now I work on paid basis (cap). It’s cool.

Oh, CSS

I am working on medium-size projects, building layouts (i.e. transfering design to html/css). And yes, CSS turned out to be quite challenging when you gotta build elements the same way, as designer wants it to be. But it’s a lot of fun too, at the end of the day when you solve a problem, you get a sense of self-satisfaction cuz you overcame the challenge. And there has always been a solution for any kind of problem/task I’ve been encountering last 2+ months and thought impossible to solve.

Now maybe

I will be working monday to friday, and have almost no time to self-study out of scope of my responsibilities at work. But the job is teaching me a lot for now. I am not doing anything at weekends for now, because no energy left after 5 working days. I am only getting used to the schedule and planning to learn React now at weeeekends. And write more here, maybe.

If

If you are a beginner and don’t know how to get a job, just simply build some projects and get free internship, or you will just lose more time. Don’t go freelance, there is a lot of pressure. You will get a lot from your team at work.
